Jumping forward in time from the last posts, this is a beautiful Japanese couple we met in Byron Bay, and they came to our campsite to perform a Tea Ceremony...it was soooo amazing, and they told us how they had decided to find out all about it and have a tea ceremony everyday whilst they were travelling...they said not so many people have them anymore... they were really interested in re-discovering Japanese traditions...its a bit of a rubbish photo but it just makes me want to be Japanese...I decided I would like to get married in a kimono!...if i get married!

Benedictory Chant (By Navajo Indian)

Now talking God,
With your feet I walk,
I walk with your limbs,
I carry fourth your body,
For me your mind thinks,
Your voice speaks for me.
Beauty is before me
And beauty behind me,
Above and below me hovers the beautiful,
I am surrounded by it,
I am immersed in it.
In my youth I am aware of it,
And in old age
I shall walk quietly

This building was beautiful....it is the timber house...made entirely of timber, it had an installation in it, but i thought the building was lovely in itself
Cockatoo island was used for big industry, but it was first used to house a small number of convicts...there was an old house in the centre of the island where the Governor would of lived and you could see where the cells where
